Destinations for which students are escorted are Patna, Mugalsarai, Katihar, New Bongaigaon, New Jalpaiguri, Guwahati (By Guwahati Rajdhani Train); Dhanbad, Gaya, Kolkata (By Howrah Rajdhani Train); Deoria, Chapra, Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Gorakhpur, Barauni (By Vaishali Exp. Train); Delhi and Jaipur (By Bus).
  11. What are the criteria of admission in the School?
 
   
Admission for Classes IV to IX is granted on qualifying the test in English, Hindi and Mathematics followed by an interview. Admission for Class XI is granted on the basis of Class X Board examination’s performance.

Admissions process starts from the month of November for the next session beginning 1st April.

Admission can be taken up to April, but only in exceptional cases admissions may be granted against available seats, later.

95.2 % Class X, 92.6 % Class XII (Science) and 90.6 % Class XII (Commerce) as highest aggregate.

Career Counselling dept. looks after this. We have tied up with HLS India, Kolkata., Institute of Career Studies, Lucknow and British Council, Delhi. The visiting teams conduct frequent sessions with students.

There are 8 hostels for students. 4 junior hostels accommodate students from class IV to VIII in dormitories (20 in each). 4 senior hostels accommodate students from class IX and XI in dormitories (6 to 8 in each) and Cubicles are provided to the students of classes X and XII.

The school has the facilities for Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Cricket, Badminton, Skating, Swimming, Horse Riding, Yoga and Aerobics.

  37. Are the students allowed to go out of the School Campus?
 
   
If a student is escorted by parents / authorized guardians or school escorts, he is allowed to venture out of the School Campus.
  38. Who can come to meet the student during the term and when?
 
   
Only parents and visitors authorized by parent on parent’s day and on Sundays. In emergency through appointment.
  39. Can students keep cash with them?
 
   
No, if cash is found with students it is immediately confiscated.
  40. Are the students allowed to make phone call, if yes, what is the mode?
 
   
Yes, with the permission of Housemaster students can make phone call form the telephone booth within the campus.
  41. Can someone make call to student, if yes how and when?
 
   
The Hostels have direct telephone lines. The parents may call their ward in the afternoon or on Sundays / Holidays.
