Academics Academic Academics at School form the foundation of a child’s knowledge pool, and his / her ability to interpret and analyse information. This forms the base for a child’s higher education. Currently upto Standard X, the School on its way to be upgraded to Std. XII under the CBSE syllabus.
Personality
Development Inculcating Leadership The School offers a wide range of co-curricular and extra curricular activities that triggers in the student a desire to lead and participate and bring to the fore the inherent potentialities. The House System provides ample scope for intra-house selection whereas the Inter-House competitions ensure that the participating students acquire the necessary skills so as to become the leader in their respective domains. The School apex body functions through a democratic prefectorial system wherein the students find avenues for inculcating leadership qualities. Moreover a student also comes forward to develop personality traits by routine assembly presentation and enrolment in scouts.
Information
Technology Centre In order to ensure that each student has sufficient IT skills, so necessary in today’s world, the subject is compulsory from Std. I to Secondary level. The School has a well equipped state-of-the-art IT centre. An ideal ratio of 1:2 ensures that a single computer is shared by a maximum of two students. A VSAT-linked Internet connection for all computers is available. Library The School has a spacious, airy, bright and modern library. It has over 10,000 volumes—more books being added regularly. A large number of magazines, periodicals and journals are subscribed to by the library to provide the students valuable information, knowledge and exposure-all under an open shelf system. Students are encouraged to use the library extensively for assignments, information or just for pleasure. Science
Lab The
School has well equipped labs for Science subjects, with excellent facilities
for practical work. There is an information-cum-resource centre for Social
Science as well. Career
Counselling With
the swiftly changing time career options are also multiplying at a rapid pace.
In order to help a child to choose the right career option, the School regularly
conducts counseling sessions to guide them through the process of
decision-making based in their interests and academic performance. Tending
the Tender Minds: Nursery Section The
School has a separate wing for tiny tots. The play way method is followed to
initiate the child into the world of knowledge, wonder, music, exercise and
mysteries of nature in a friendly manner.
