LIBRARY RULES

• Books in demand, if issued already, may be reserved by 'Computerized Reservation'. Such reserved books when available in Library, may be got issued within 3 days.
• Library will open for the users from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m from Monday to Friday and from 10.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m on Saturday. The Library will remain closed on Sundays and holidays.
• Books will be issued and returned up to 6.00 p.m except on Saturdays. 
• Students securing 1.1, 2nd and 3rd position in the University examinations are issued 2 additional Library Cards/Tickets as reward.
• Library Cards/Tickets are not transferable. The member are responsible for the books issued against these Cards/Tickets.
• Three Library Cards will be issued to each student at the time of admission.
• Students will be issued books for only 14 days against the Cards. An overdue fine of Rs. 1/-- per day per book will be charged for overdue books for 1.1 week, for 2nd week Rs. 5/- per day per book and for 3rd week Rs. 10/- per day per book and so on.
• Periodicals and Reference Books will be kept for reference use only. Old popular magazines may be issued to the users for overnight against their Library Tickets.
• The students should bring 3 passport size photographs along with fee Receipt at the time of enrolment. On each occasion when the book is borrowed, a Library Card is to be given at the issue counter. The Card will be returned to the member when book is returned.
• As and when asked, Identity Card must be shown at the issue counter.
